| The paper conducted feasibility researches on the promotion and transform project of water quality in sewerage station Tuo I in Shengli Oil Factory.The necessities of promotion and transform are proofed by analyzing the various problems appeared in the development of oil deposit and engineering constructions.Some primary conclusions including the sewerage qualities,possible inhibitors and their concentration,the key point in purification and possible treatment technologies are obtained,by carrying on water quality analysis,degreasing tests,dosing and settling tests,choosing effective drugs for purification,filtering tests and stabilization technology of water quality.Based on the related tested results on the analysis of water quality,the comparison of two possible degreasing schemes and the design of the related auxiliary projects have been launched.Both scheme one(HCF & OPS degreasing+coagulation and settlement + filter process)and scheme two(HCF & OPS degreasing+CoMag process)include process promotion,design of main buildings,equipment selection,design of auxiliary projects,analysis of project investment and cost.The scheme one has been selected as a better degreasing scheme.Besides,related energy conservation measures are proposed by analyzing the energy cost in station Tuo I.Achievable suggestions on engineering construction are also proposed by the analysis of environment protection,benefit analysis and safety,which may provide gist with reference value for the actual promotion and transform of water quality. |
