Deepwater Horizon oil spill pollution problem has exposed the problems in our management system is not perfect and related law imperfection etc.,To solv e these problems in foreign developed countries have taken measures and means,h as obtained the certain effect.But because of China's offshore oil development lat er,The technology of marine is poor,and is currently not R & D drilling platform,The exploitation of offshore oil is completely dependent on the lease of foreign d eveloped countries drilling platform and related equipment,When the leakage probl em of the oil,drilling platform management lacks the necessary means.The operat or infringement occurs and damages the aggrieved party rights,no legal basis for pr actical to operators for recovery.In this paper,the author from the management and legal aspects of oil pollution of drilling platform studied the problem of.the Deepwater Horizon oil spill pollution.Based on the drilling platforms and ships legal definition,clarify the legal status of drilling platform,mainly illustrates the related issues of risk management system of oil pollution and the solving measures,The analysis of drilling platforms for oil pollution liability subject and the limitation of liability for compensation,and analyzes the relevant legislation in our country is not perfect,on the basis of the experience of foreign developed countries legislation,recommendations for specific legislation of oil pollution of drilling platform.This has the practical significance to our country the development of ocean oil.
