Performance testing of subsea production control system is an important process to ensure the reliability of subsea production system,The subsea production system and the water control power source are usually connected by a dozen or several tens of kilometers of umbilical cord, umbilical cable of large volume, heavy weight, high cost,so it is not possible to use actual umbilical cable for performance test of subsea production system. If can make a device to simulate the subsea umblilical's electrohydraulic transmission characteristics, and use it in the performance test, the test cost will be greatly reduced under the premise of not affecting the function test.On the basis of studying the c haracteristics of long umbilical cord cable,The paper determine the equivalent method of long umbilical cable electrical transport properties and the equivalent circuit of umbilical cable;determine the equivalence method of long umbilical cable fluid tra nsport characteristics,The equivalent method of hydraulic resistance, liquid and liquid capacity of the hydraulic pipeline is presented,The modeling method of liquid resistance, liquid pressure, liquid volume and equivalent hydraulic components is presented. And the overall scheme design of the equivalent device of the umbilical cord cable is carried out.The paper uses Multisim software to verify the equivalent performance of the electrical equivalent module, uses AMESim software to verify the equivalent performance of the liquid equivalent module. Finally, the equivalent performance of the simulation device is verified, and the design scheme of the simulation device is confirmed.
