| The geological structure of Fan’xue oil area is complicated,it belongs to the typical low-permeability operation area.Sand production seriously affected the normal production of oil wells.In this paper,X-ray diffraction technique is used to analyse the sand samples in the block.The results show that there are obvious differences between well sand samples and fracturing sand,so it belongs to formation sand production.The core was broken in the displacement experiments.It shows that formation water can bring sand out from stratum in production process.On the one hand the experiment shows poor cementation of core,which is a factor that causes sand production.On the other hand,it also shows that the source of sand production in Fan’xue area is formation sand.It has been proved that the diameter of sand is small though vibrating screen experiment,and it belongs to silt sand production.The critical liquid production capacity and critical drawdown pressure of production well are calculated though theoretical models.It proved that the current liquid production capacity can cause sand production.The sand carring law of the wellbore is studied in this paper.Combined with the two analysis,the sand control method of combining chemical sand control with mechanical sand control is determined.Though laboratory research we developed a system of suitable sand consolidation agent,choosing one type of curing agent which suits for epoxy resin.Though experiment,the dosage of chemical agent is as follows:the epoxy resin,as the main agent,is 8%,the curing agent is 6.0%~6.5%,softener is 14%~16%,diluent is 20%~25%.The amount of sand consolidation agent is 1PV,and we evaluated the compressive strength and permeability to prove it feasible for Fan’xue area.Though literature research,it is recommended to use sand control pump and sand control screen to reduce the occurrence of stuck pump,sucker rod broken and other accidents. |
