With environmental regulations becoming more strictly and auto upgrade,increasing requirements for motor gasoline octane rating,use gasoline antiknock has become a high octane number gasoline production is the most environmental protection,economic and effective method.Para-anisidine methyl alkylated product without metal is dissolve easily in oil,and add 12%can improve RON 35 units,it effectively improve the gasoline antiknock performance and meet the requirement of clean value the quality of gasoline.But for alkylation catalyst in the reaction process is easy lead to the service life of the catalyst poisoning,alkylation reaction device smooth running time only between 70120h,it difficult to realize industrialization.By contrast the cycle of various alkylchemical devices,the process of the effects of impurities of the para-anisidine industrial substance,the content of the chemicals in the operating cycle of the alkylated device is studied.Experimental results show that the para-anisidine alkylation unit running time is mainly affected by sulfur impurities and chlorinein raw material,and when the para-anisidine sulfur,chlorine content in industrial products reached 1×10-6?0.5×10-6,alkylated catalyst is poisoning in the whole reactor.It is very important to refine the para-anisidine to stabilize the activity and selectivity of alkylated metal catalysts.The refining effect of different refining process of para-anisidine industrial products was compared.The experimental results show that the refining effect of hydrotreating process adsorption refining,alkali washing refining and washing is reduced in turn,hydrotreating process can reduce the content of sulfur and chlorine in products to less than 1×10-61and 0.5×10-6,meeting the requirements of downstream alkylation.Through the single factor experiment,respectively,to investigate the reaction pressure,reaction temperature,space velocity and hydrogen to oil ratio on the hydrogenation process,on the basis of single factor experiment with orthogonal experiment,the optimum technological conditions that the pressure is 4.4 MPa,hydrogen to oil ratio in 560560,temperature 340?,space velocity0.5h-1was identified.The experimental results show that the operation time of para-anisidine alkylation device produced by sodium sulfide reduction method was increased from 70120h to over 1200h,and this process is feasibleThe hydrotreating process parameters are obtained provide an important reference for the industrialization of the refined process of para-anisidine.
