This thesis is in the purpose of the engineering practice of aminoanisole synthesis process. Pressurized etheriflcation of nitrochlorobenzene and production process of the nitroanisole hydrogenation to aminoanisole were studied both theoretically and practically. The screening of synthesis process and optimization of control parameters were finished. And according to this, some feasibility studies of equipments industrialization were investigated.After selection of the process route and analysis of experimental results, we finalized the optimal process routine and parameters. The most suitable condition for etheriflcation is nitrochlorobenzene:methnol:sodium hrdroxide:retardantPRA(molar ratio)=1:8:1.15:0.04; Temperature is100-105?; Reactive time is3hours. Filtering and recycling the sodium chloride; dealcholization, hot water scrubbing of the etheriflcation liquid; finally get the paranitroanisole finishing goods. The yield coefficient of etheriflcation is95.5%, the purification of paranitroanisole finish goods is99.4%. The most suitable condition for catalytic hydrogenation:take nickel as catalyst; the reactive temperature is100?; reactive pressure is1.3-1.5MPa; then dehydration and rectification; finally get the aminoanisole finishing goods. The yield coefficient of catalyst is98.5%, the purification of aminoanisole finish goods is99.5%. The total yield coefficient of etheriflcation and catalyst is above95.0%; and products purification reaches to the GB/T7370-2008high-class product standard.According to this test result, we finished some feasibility study of aminoanisole project with10000t of annual capacity in Longsheng Group. The study shows that it is workable to industrialize ten thousands of aminoanisole project. Once the project established, economic benefit will be very impressive. By absorbing non-pollution catalytic hydrogenation process,"the three wastes" can be reduced dramatically, which solve the severe pollution problem coused by using sodium sulphide and inaugurate the new clean routine for producing aminoanisole. Meanwhile, it means a lot for aminoanisole producing enterprises to solve the environmental problems.
