Because of its advantages of low cost,high recognition and nondestructive testing,X-ray security inspection equipment has been widely used in the safety inspection of airports,Metro,railway and advanced hotels.In recent years,with the development of technologies such as detector,computer and image processing,the quality of X ray security inspection equipment is constantly improving.The imaging mode is developed from traditional single X-ray imaging to dual energy X-ray imaging and the purpose of detection is also extended from simple shape recognition to exploring the essential attributes of matter.Especially in today’s society,there are various kinds of dangerous goods and may be made into arbitrary shapes,it is a very valuable and practical topic how to identify the dangerous goods accurately and quickly from the complex subject matter.In view of this,a recognition system based on dual energy X ray security inspection device is designed in this paper.The main research work is as follows:1.In view of the traditional dual energy X ray detection technology,the effective nature of matter-effective atomic number will overlap.The relationship between the value of low energy transmission signal and the equivalent r value is obtained in this paper,and then extend the one dimensional direction to the two-dimensional plane.In order to solve the problem that some substances are difficult to classify,the concept of membership degree is introduced,and the membership function is constructed to correct the material classification curve.Through visual effects and quantitative analysis,the new algorithm improves the accuracy of the preliminary classification of materials and lays the foundation for further identification of dangerous goods.2.Because material thickness is not the essential property of matter,and the influence brought by thickness can not be eliminated directly.In order to reduce the interference of thethickness factor to recognition,a compound Simpson algorithm is presented,which includes the compound orthogonal algorithm and the Simpson formula.By calculating the area ratio of the attenuation parameters under the specific energy value,the double energy R value in the original algorithm is replaced and the dangerous goods are identified on this basis.Through actual data experiment and error evaluation,the new algorithm not only gets more accurate recognition results,but also has lower error recognition rate.3.Complete the software system.The software has the functions of dangerous goods identification,image processing,hardware control,system management and database.At last,acceleration algorithm based on CUDA is used to optimize the whole system,reduce the time cost of the system and improve the speed of the algorithm.It is proved by experiments that the dual energy ray dangerous goods recognition system can meet the requirements of real-time imaging in security inspection field and fast recognition of dangerous goods.
