Studies On The Overall Merit Based On The Cause Of Haze

Following the repaid development of C hinese economy,resources and environment are worse.Air pollution,especially the haze,has become a major environmental problem in C hina in the past more than ten years.Now PM2.5 or AQI is been as dependent variable,and researching haze's influencing factors by linear correlation,principal component analysis,multivariate statistical analysis method,and et al.And doing correlation analysis between haze and some diseases.But it is relatively less to overall merit haze basing on economy,weather and pollutants.This paper tries to set up an overall merit index system and overall merit from the perspectives of economy,weather and pollutants,and wishes to provide some references for effective governance of haze.And first,through the reading and collation,analyses that there are three factors affecting haze: pollution factors,meteorological factors and geographical factors.The last one is replaced by economy after consideration.Second,reading relevant theoretical of overall merit,and propose a method of weighting twice based on the subjectivity and objectivity.Finally,constructed a overall merit index system about haze based on the cause of the haze.Considering both reliability and intuitive of evaluation and availability and operability of index data,screened haze pollutants(smoke(powder)dust,SO2,NO2),weather and climate(temperature,relative humidity,rainfall)and economic factors(the rate of urbanization,economic development level,the proportion of tertiary industries).Considering the place of various indicators to evaluate haze and the otherness of entirety,and basis on second,taking an empirical analysis.
