With the rapid development of bellows in recent years,multilayer bellows has also become a major development trend.The performance of the bellows expansion joint in the heat exchanger directly affects the service life and economic benefits of the entire heat exchanger.However,due to the conventional calculation formula and the complexity of its calculation,it is impossible to expand the parameters of the heat exchanger in different expansion joints.The temperature load and stress load of each location are calculated,and the relevant literature study results do not calculate the different parameters of the expansion joint in the heat exchanger(wave height,wave distance,number of layers)on each wave of the expansion joint.IMPact on performance.Therefore,the finite element method is applied to simulate and analyze the influence of different parameters of bellows expansion joints on the stress and performance index of the expansion joint at each position.This dissertation is mainly used in basic research and provides some theoretical basis and reference for further research on the expansion joints in heat exchangers.This paper mainly analyzes bellows expansion joints from three aspects:(1)Analyze the conventional calculations and relevant literature research results to obtain the performance indexes of the expansion joints in the heat exchanger,such as the film stress,bending stress and axial stiffness,fatigue life,plane instability,etc.,and the number of expansion joints,wave height,The influence of the wave distance;(2)Set up the expansion joint model with different parameters(wave height,wave length,and number of layers)through the finite element method,and consider the contact type and the overall constraint conditions of the middle layer and the layer of the expansion joint of the bellows during the establishment of the model;The actual conditions of expansion joints are brought in,and finite element simulation analysis is performed.(3)Through the cloud diagram obtained by the finite element calculation results,the temperature load and stress load distribution at each position of the bellows expansion joint wave in the heat exchanger is determined and coMPared with the relevant literature research results,and the analysis and discussion of different expansion joint parameters on the expansion joint The iMPact of performance changes at various locations was concluded.The results of the finite element study of the expansion joint in the heat exchanger can be used in this paper to provide a certain basis for the performance study and strength assessment of each location of the expansion joint with different parameters. |
