Rubber expansion joint,as a kind of free telescopic elastic compensatory components,has good corrosion resistance,high impact strength and excellent damping noise reduction features comparing with metal ones that extensively used in home at present.Expansion joints are mainly used in rigid piping systems.Conventional production using prefabricated fiber plies manual or semiautomatic technologies,do not allow optimal orientation of the reinforcement material.Without controlling the orientation of the reinforcement,it is not possible to control the shape while pressurized.In this paper by using dry fiber reinforced rubber expansion joints can fully play the role of fiber and is able to achieve automatic winding,which improving efficiency,quality,product consistency.Analyze and optimize the motion trajectory of the feed-eye suitable for a four-axis winding machine.Firstly,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of dry winding,wet winding,and half dry winding in the traditional filament wound products.This article analyze principle of dry fiber winding by combining netting theory and the membrane theory,then deduce the governing equation of isotensoid expansion joint according to the principle of dry fiber winding and determine three main parameters.By the Matlab simulate the three-dimensional shape evocatively and analyze the influence of parameter change on model performance and in the last of fist section put forward in a reasonable range of parameters selection meridian shape.Secondly,on the basis of analysis the basic principle and modeling completed the winding pattern design just for rubber expansion joint and the axes of motion trajectory planning.Analyze the more advantages in sliding part and quantity of the yarn the expansion joint with the geodesic winding section than the expansion joint of spiral wound on the basis of the same tension.And geodesics winding arithmetic on the surface of the isotensoid expansion joint was calculated by using numerical simulation technology.According to the relative motion relationship between the payout and model solved the equation between doffing point coordinates on the model surface with payout.Finally,the simulation of the motion trajectory of the four degrees of freedom winding machine is finished.For single bellow rubber expansion joint model with flange simulated the movement trajectory of four axis using Matlab software according to the calculation formula.Respectively from "the envelope form " and " free fiber fixed-length " two aspects simulate and analyze the movement trajectory in the process of the winding.We have obtained that the payout and mandrel without collision and friction the value ? as small as possible.Product quality is more stable.And verify that the study of this technology can realize the automation of rubber expansion joint winding,achieve the goal of optimization direction fibers.
