The process of sintering distributing is the key to sintering production,distributing quality directly affects the finished sinter output and quality.Distributing effect has great affect on the production and quality of sinter ore.The sintering distributing requires the mixture evenly distributed in the horizontal direction of sinter bed,height direction segregation distribution.Ideal distribution helps to improve the permeability of sinter bed,reduce fuel consumption and improve the finished sinter output and quality.In order to realize the evenly distribution of the mixture in the horizontal direction of sinter bed.A variety of equipment,such as shuttle conveyer belt and distributing door device,has been developed to improve the uniform distribution of the mixture in the horizontal direction of the sintering trolley.On the basis of the sintering distributing system of a steel 130m~2 sintering machine in China,aiming at bin sticky material,the influence of the material sticking on the uniformity of sintering distributing in the material bin in the sintering production is studied by the discrete element method.In order to ensure that the simulation model is consistent with the actual sintering process,the physical parameters of the sintered mixture are calibrated by a combination of experiment and simulation.The reliability of distributing model is verified by the simulation of distributing process in the actual production and the field sampling.The simulation results show that the material sticking can change the shape of the mixture surface in the bin,thus affecting the transverse distribution of the mixture.Different types of material sticking have different effects on the transverse distribution of mixture in the silo.When the material sticking occurs in the middle part of the falling surface,the uniformity of horizontal distribution is improved.The analysis shows that the transverse distribution characteristics of the mixture in the sintering pallet are similar to that of the mixture bin,the influence of segregation feeder on the horizontal distribution of the mixture is small.A numerical simulation study was carried out to compare the effects of three modes of no baffle,traditional baffle and v-shaped baffle.Founded that the traditional baffle and V-shaped baffle to improve the sintering material uniformity has better effect.Relative to the present without baffle,baffle can basically eliminate the surface unevenness in the mixture bin,eliminating mixture lateral segregation.
