Inclined roller crusher is a new type of grinding equipment proposed in recent years.Compared with the traditional roller press,the main difference is that its transmission system is only composed of a set of reducer and motor.The two roller mill positions are not placed horizontally in the traditional roller press,but are divided into upper roller and lower roller.Due to the obvious advantages of low unit energy consumption and high energy utilization rate of inclined roller crusher,it has become a frontier field of concern in the field of grinding in recent years.This paper mainly optimizes the structural parameters of the inclined roller crusher to improve the grinding efficiency.Firstly,the basic structure of the inclined roller crusher is analyzed,and the experimental scheme is designed according to the existing prototype.According to the experimental results,the regression analysis of the experimental data is carried out by using MATLAB,and the regression equation of the crushing rate of the inclined roller crusher is established.At the same time,the stress state of the material layer is analyzed,and the main factors affecting the crushing efficiency of the inclined roller crusher are obtained.Secondly,the modeling idea of this model is established,and the simplified model of the inclined roller crusher is established in Solidworks and imported into EDEM.At the same time,the API,particle force plug-in,bonding model plug-in and particle factory plug-in used in this paper were created.After that,the discrete element software EDEM is used to simulate the material crushing process,and the maximum processing capacity of the roller is verified.The process of crushing the material by the inclined roller crusher is analyzed from three aspects : roller speed,roller spacing and roller diameter.The crushing force,product particle size,number of bond breaks,and particle movement are analyzed.Finally,through the design of orthogonal experiment,the range analysis of the main factors affecting the crushing material capacity of the inclined roller crusher is carried out,and the priority of the main factors is obtained.At the same time,the EDEM material crushing simulation technology is used to compare and analyze the material crushing condition under the optimal parameter combination and the existing inclined roller crusher parameter combination.The results show that the crushing material capacity of the inclined roller crusher after parameter optimization is obviously improved.
