As a national energy transportation system,oil and gas pipelines have a huge investment and far-reaching impact.It is an important lifeline engineering.However,in the course of service,oil and gas pipelines often cause various defects and damages due to corrosion of pipeline transport medium or external environmental factors,which directly affect the safe operation of pipelines.It is necessary to strengthen and repair the defective pipeline.In recent years,due to the special strength,high specific modulus,no open fire operation,safety,rapidity and no need to stop transportation,the reinforced repair technology of fiber composite material has the characteristics of high specific strength,high specific modulus,no open fire operation,etc.The reinforcement and repair effect is good and has become a relatively recognized repair method in the industry.Therefore,based on the theoretical derivation and experimental study of fiber reinforced composite repair pipeline,Through the finite element method,the numerical modeling technology of fiber reinforced composite reinforced repair pipeline is studied.The selection basis of numerical reference stress,the modeling technology of corrosion defect,the modeling method of interface,the method of applying prestress and so on are discussed.It provides a reference for the engineering application of fiber composite reinforced repair pipeline technology.On the basis of summing up the causes,types,surface morphology and geometric size measurement of corrosion defects at home and abroad,the typical corrosion defects are sorted and sorted in this paper,based on corrosion length,width,corrosion length,The geometric model of corrosion defects on pipe wall is established with geometric parameters such as depth.On the basis of the model of corrosion defects,the dimensionless dimension of corrosion defects is processed.The numerical modeling and analysis of corrosion defect pipeline collected from literature are carried out,and the numerical reference stress selection criteria for pipeline with different corrosion defect sizes are discussed by comparing the simulation results with the blasting test data.The interface modeling fiber composite reinforced pipe numerical modeling when carried out finite element simulation,discusses the modeling method of fiber composite cloth reinforcement pipe circumferential layer;based on the prestressed fiber composite repairing pipeline theory,the test pressure pipe reinforced by prestressed fiber cloth;through discussion applying the method of prestressed fiber reinforced prestressed,established finite element model of pressure pipeline,and on the basis of theory and experiment,verify the correctness of the model.
