This paper is based on the tobacco feeding control system,which is used in the factory in 2004.Its design concept and technical standards are based on the 2003 edition of the "cigarette process specification".In recent years,with the development of modern technology and the implementation of cigarette 2016 edition "cigarette technology specification",the design idea of the feeding control system,the timeliness of the response of the control loop,the precision of the control,the precision of the measuring components and the actuating components are different from the technical requirements of the factory cigarette production and the standard of the new edition of the cigarette process.In this paper,the advanced control methods in the field of industrial control are studied,and the actual application of the charging control system is inv estigated thoroughly.Based on these researches,current situation investigation and development needs,the transformation design of feeding control system was realized.In this paper,the steps of the design of the feeding control system are described in detail.The main contents are these four parts: the design of the overall plan,the transformation of the mechanical part,the design of the electronic control part and the part of the software design.The relative innovation part: Separate the feeding control system from the spice kitchen control system and add controller to the feeding control system;change pipeline feeding to the on-site storage tank way into local feeding;transformed the weighing method of the material liquid weight of the differential pressure transmitter installed at the bottom of the storage tank into the static suspension weighing method to measure the weight of the material liquid and improve the metering accuracy of the storage tank.;The control of material liquid temperature switch is transformed into PID loop control,and the control accuracy of liquid temperature in storage tank is improved;the single closed loop PID application control which used the accumulative amount of the electronic scale and the flowmeter as the input is transformed into double closed loop PID control which increases the instantaneous flow of the electronic scale and the flowmeter,and improves the control accuracy of liquid feeding.After the feeding control system being transformation designed: the measuring accuracy of storage tanks reached 0.44%,and the liquid temperature control deviation in storage tanks is 1.9 ?,and the accuracy of the process of controlling the liquid feeding reached 0.47%.
