Shanghai tobacco group Beijing cigarette factories advocates "science and technology innovation life","lit a refined,sophisticated life" production concept,and "save the entrants efficiency increment cost concept,adhere to the" innovation to drive the development of "the transformation of the way,always pursue to be mixed domestic cigarette market leader.In cigarette manufacturing process,remove the harmful substances in the tobacco leaves can be implemented through charging and reducing cigarette harm to the body,still can improve absorption of feeling and taste,to broad consumer expectations.As the important raw material of mixed type cigarette,the production of white rib tobacco directly affects the quality of mixed cigarette products and directly influences the company’s position in the mixed cigarette market.The stability of feeding control system of burley tobacco production line is mainly determined by the uniform stability of raw materials,the accuracy of drive motor variable frequency network control system and the rationality of feeding control algorithm.According to the production control system of burley tobacco production in our factory,the main research work completed included:1.The stability analysis and overall design of the burley tobacco production control system are carried out.It is found that the unstable factors mainly depend on the uniform stability of the incoming materials,the accuracy of the drive motor variable frequency network control system and the rationality of the feeding control algorithm.On this basis,the overall design of the feeding control system is carried out.From the materials flow stability,feed pump drive control,network communication,charging algorithm,additional methods,feeding sequence,alarm and other aspects of analysis,design,and gradually improve the system deficiencies of the existing feeding control,optimizing feeding process control ability and feeding uniform stability.2.Feed pump inverter hardware transformation and control network communication upgrade.We use PROFIBUS_DP bus network control Burley inverter in our plant,currently under the independent PROFIBUS bus device more nodes FanLuan,long transmission distance is susceptible to interference resulting in unstable network communication.After the upgrade network is PROFIBUS-DP PROFINET network,the stability of communication control will be greatly increased.In addition,the Danfoss 5000 inverter is aging,capacity decreasing and frequent failures.It will be upgraded to FC300 converter.The frequency converter can be used as spare parts of the 5000 type inverter,saving maintenance cost.3.Complete the system test.Through hardware transformation,PLC control program,and modify host local WinCC editing interface and network communication capacity upgrade,feeding control system of Burley line has been significantly improved.According to the production situation of MES data acquisition system analysis,the assessment indicators conform to the requirements of production process,the feeding control system becomes more uniform and stable accurate.In addition,it is also an important measure to optimize the feeding system by optimizing the order of feeding nozzle and adding the ultra limited acoustooptic alarm function.The burley tobacco feeding control system is more uniform,stable and accurate through equipment hardware transformation,PLC control program modification,editing with upper and local WinCC interface and upgrading of network communication.The transformation and optimization of the system not only improve the uniform stability of the feeding control system,but also reduce the failure rate of the equipment,shorten the maintenance time of the maintenance personnel,and also reduce the equipment maintenance cost.Feed control system after transformation reached to the production process requirements of precision index less than 1%,good control of the feeding process of uniform and stable,is essential to improve the production of Burley tobacco.
