At present,there are many ways to detect the quantity of grain stored in granary,but the method of obtaining accurate quantity of grain by direct measurement is relatively rare.In this paper,a three dimensional force sensor is introduced to develop a measuring device that can simultaneously measure the positive pressure(normal)and static friction(tangential)between the barn wall and the grain.By making the three-dimensional force sensor measuring device and the adjusting device of the three dimensional force sensor,combined with the simulated scientific experiment warehouse,a set of measuring system for measuring the positive pressure and relative static friction between the barn wall and the grain is designed,and the measurement of the bottom pressure of the barn is carried out to measure the quantity of the grain finally..The software is simulated by ANSYS.Through the ideal elastoplastic constitutive relation and the Drucker-prager yield criterion,and using the unrelated flow rule to simulate the storage,the finite element model of the positive pressure and relative static friction between the barn wall and the grain is established,and the phase between the barn wall and the grain is simulated separately.According to the static friction force,positive pressure and so on,the distribution of relative static friction coefficient of the wall in different grain depth is found.Finally,the results are compared with the Janssen formula and the finite element simulation results to verify the accuracy of the detection system.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.This paper analyzes the sliding friction coefficient of the wall to be measured,and makes the force plate of the experiment,and then designs a three dimensional force sensor measuring device,and combines the simulated experimental granary design to measure the three-dimensional force of the barn,so as to ensure the accurate measurement of the static friction force and horizontal horizontal pressure in the granary.2.Design test system hardware circuit,take STM32F103 as the control core,realize data conversion through ADS1256,and display data through the display module ILI9341.3.Through the design and manufacture of experimental equipment,the experiment of pressure saturation at the bottom of the granary and the measurement of relative static friction force and positive pressure between the storehouse and the grain are carried out in the simulated granary,and the experimental results are compared with the Janssen formula and the simulation results to verify the consistency of the two.4.Based on the elastic-plastic parameters of grain and granary,a finite element model is set up.By selecting a reasonable constitutive model and defining a finite contact element,the relative static friction and positive pressure between grain and grain are simulated and analyzed,and the relative static friction at different depths is found through numerical analysis.And the distribution of positive pressure.5.According to the grain quantity calculation model and the relative static friction coefficient distribution,the number of granary reserves is calculated.
