The "factory" drilling model,which aims at the safety,rapid and efficient drilling of cluster horizontal wells,adopts a series of advanced standardization processes and processes,and makes use of similar well design and formation characteristics to achieve a high efficiency and low cost drilling operation.Because the area of the Ordos Basin in Changqing Oilfield is tense and the development cost is high,in 2015,the Changqing Oilfield of Changqing Oilfield established the first "well factory" pilot area of the high quality sandstone section of the Carboniferous Benxi formation of the Paleozoic as the main target layer.It is intended to popularize the "factory" drilling model to reduce the development cost.To reduce construction land.4 platforms are deployed in the test area.Each platform is deployed with 4three dimensional horizontal wells,which are arranged in parallel with the "work" type.Therefore,the control of wellbore trajectory under the new drilling mode is more precise.Therefore,the significance of this study is to combine the site construction in the pilot area of the "well factory" in the Changqing oil field of China oil field,and to study the law of the lateral force of the block BHA through the analysis of the combined stress analysis of the lower drilling tools in the three dimensional cluster horizontal well group.In order to study the lateral force produced by the deformation of BHA under the factory drilling mode,the following contents are studied.The analysis of force and deformation for BHA has been the mechanical category of large deflection deformation rather than the mechanical category of small deflection deformation.First,the BHA large deflection deformation is analyzed by the static equilibrium theory and the virtual work principle of the large deformation problem.On this basis,the BHA element tangential stiffness matrix is established.By solving the stiffness matrix,the finite element analysis model of the lateral force of the BHA is further established,and the BHA finite element analysis model is solved by the MATLAB programming.Secondly,the influence of BHA structure parameters and drilling pressure on lateral force is quantitatively analyzed by using the BHA model.The drilling tool structure anddrilling parameters of 172,165 and 127 mm screw drilling tools are configured.Through the operation of the model,the effects of the structure parameters of the drilling tool combination on the lateral force are solved respectively under the slope angle of different wells and different drilling pressure conditions.Moreover,the result data can be visualized graphically,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of bottom hole assembly.
