At present,with the rapid development of the country’s economy,how to further improve the level of machining has increasingly attracted the attention of the state.Deep hole machining is one of the important branches in machining,and its technology has been widely used in the national key development projects such as high-speed trains,aerospace,and automobiles.The development of deep hole machining technology has improved the level of machinery and even the country’s Development has an important influence.However,due to the special nature of the deep-hole processing environment and its high requirements for the processed holes,many problems often occur during the deep-hole machining process,such as the deviation of the straightness of the hole,the vibration of the system,the difficulty of chip removal,and so on.The problems will have an important impact on deep-hole machining.Most of these problems will eventually cause system vibration.Therefore,this paper will conduct in-depth research and analysis of vibration problems in deep-hole machining.The types of vibrations that occur in deep hole machining are generally divided into three types: free vibration,forced vibration,and self-excited vibration.Although the first two types of vibration may affect the processing,the vibration source and vibration cause are easier to find and the corresponding vibration reduction measures can be taken.The causes of self-excited vibration(chatter vibration)are relatively complex,and its The damage caused is also more serious,such as: the quality of the hole that is processed is not high or even scrapped;the noise generated affects the health of workers;affects the processing efficiency and so on.This article will mainly analyze the self-excited vibration(chatter vibration)in deep hole machining.At present,the types of shock absorbers used for deep-hole machining can be generally divided into two types: magnetorheological fluid shock absorbers and ER fluid shock absorbers.Electrorheological fluids require higher voltages and are very sensitive to contaminants.With the development of new additives,magnetorheological fluids have greatly eased the deficiencies of their easy settlement and agglomeration,which makes thedevelopment prospects of magnetorheological fluids become broader.Firstly,this paper establishes the force model of deep-hole drilling tools.It lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the relationship between the force of the tool and the vibration of the system.By studying the vibration problems in the ordinary machining,the feedback is delayed by the displacement.The self-excited vibration(fluctuation)caused by the speed feedback is analyzed in depth.Secondly,a deep hole drilling dynamic model was established.Through the calculation of its dynamic cutting force,the critical condition of chatter vibration was obtained.Finally,through the analysis of the properties of magnetorheological fluid materials and magnetorheological reaction and the combination of the above theories,a deep hole machining magnetorheological fluid shock absorber was designed and simulated by MATLAB software.The simulation results were analyzed at the same time.
