With the rapid development of modern manufacturing technology,deep-hole processing technology has become more and more important in modern manufacturing technologies.as,we are familiar with the traditional petroleum industry,aviation industry,and automotive-related industries.At the present stage,in the processing of ultra-fine slender deep-holes with a diameter ratio greater than 150,ordinary drilling,boring,and grinding methods cannot reach the accuracy requirements.Based on this premise,a study of super-slim deep hole processing was derived.As a necessary tool for production and processing,the machine tool can achieve the purpose of machining accuracy by optimizing the machine tool and improve the processing range and processing efficiency.The subject of this project is the optimization of the three-axis ultra-slim long-hole drilling machine.The machine tool is based on the TS series of CNC drilling and boring machines.The purpose of optimization is to solve practical processing,how to improve the processing precision of ultra-fine elongated deep-hole parts,optimize production efficiency,and provide practical processing methods for the processing of such parts.Mainly introduced the principle of the machine tool,the structure of the machine tool,chip removal system,the choice of the motor,the bearing pillar of the machine,the oil skimmer,the principle of negative pressure and swarf,the selection of the numerical control system,the choice of the cutting amount and the selection of the cutting fluid.Analysis of the aspects;and the use of CFD numerical simulation methods to analyze the factors affecting the machine tool chip removal system.The loader elements in the chip removal system,the vacuum suction device and the load-bearing struts of the machine tool were optimized.Finally,the drill cuttings were drilled with the gun drill bit and the BTA bit,and good straightness and surface roughness were obtained.For the optimization of the design of the machine tool provides a new idea.
