Diabetes has become a common chronic disease in modern society.The self-monitoring of blood glucose by high-risk groups through rapid blood glucose meters has become a necessary means to observe and control the symptoms of illness in daily life.Among them,different levels of hematocrit in blood samples will cause greater errors in the results of rapid blood glucose meters.Therefore,the correction of the hematocrit error for the fast blood glucose meter is very important for the accuracy of blood glucose detection.This paper mainly studies the preparation technology of blood cell separation membrane,integrates it with the blood glucose sensor,designs a new membrane structure of the blood glucose sensor,and separates the blood cells from the plasma in advance in the detection process,so as to reduce the influence of the hematocrit error.This paper has mainly done the following aspects in the whole research process:(1)According to the application requirements of the blood glucose sensor,polysulfone(PSF)with good hydrophobicity,stability and permeability was selected as the raw material,and a 9:1 ratio of DMF/acetone solution was used as the solvent to prepare the polyelectrolyte using the electrospinning technology.Sulfone fiber membranes.In this paper,polysulfone micro-nanofiber membranes with different pore sizes,different fiber diameters,and different ordering degrees were prepared by adjusting the relevant parameters of electrospinning,and the characterization and analysis were carried out to obtain the optimal parameters for the preparation of polysulfone membranes and finished products.(2)In this paper,using the prepared polysulfone fiber membrane to cover the traditional blood glucose test strip enzyme electrode,designed and prepared a new type of fiber membrane wrapped blood glucose test strip structure.The new type of blood glucose test paper consists of four parts:the electrode layer,the reaction layer,the permeable membrane layer,and the plastic aperture separation layer.(3)This paper designed the experimental system,blood glucose test strips of the new membrane structure blood glucose test and 10%to 70%blood concentration of seven hematocrit blood test(hematocrit is 30%-60%in actual clinical application).The test results show that:the ordered membrane structure blood glucose test strip is more consistent with the practical application and related algorithm design than the disordered membrane structure blood glucose test strip consistency in response time;the ordered membrane structure blood glucose test strip is 2.0 ±0.3,4.5 ±0.5,7.5 ± 1.2 mmol/L blood glucose basically reached the international standard,and the test result of high concentration blood glucose slightly exceeded the international standard.(4)Based on the test results,this paper optimizes and designs a reading calibration algorithm based on a novel blood glucose strip sensor with an ordered membrane structure and tests it.
