The Upper Reaches of Min River is an important branch of the Upper the Yangtze river,which is rich in vegetation and covers a wide area.It is an important natural forest area in China.Due to the seriously damage to the ecological environment and human health caused by the emission of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases in recent years,the demand for forest carbon sink is increasing.In the face of the increasingly severe environmental situation,in order to respond to the national supply-side reform,this paper further studies the supply side of forest carbon sink in Upper Reaches of Min Riverr.Based on the carbon reserves of each forest i,using the forest carbon sink green value accounting method to calculate the green supply value of forest carbon sink.At the meantime,using the theory of supply and demand in environmental economics,this paper further studies the law of supply and demand of forest carbon sink in Upper Reaches of Min River,and puts forward the improvement plan of forest carbon sink allocation efficiency.Finally,the national carbon trading pilot is used as a case to analyze the spatio-temporal variation law of carbon trading volume in China,and provide reference for the research on the supply side of forest carbon sink.Through the forest carbon sinks of the upstream of minjiang river net value of domestic production of the final accounting,when the price of carbon sequestration in more than 20 yuan/t can completely realize the surplus,and the economic value of carbon sink in the international market than in the domestic market,at the meantime,natural forest carbon sinks green value accounting for99.56% of the total value of green.After analysis,the carbon sink cost of natural forest in Upper Reaches of Min River was 69,031.71 million yuan,and the cost of man-made forest carbon was as high as 104,331.61 million yuan.By analyzing the forest carbon sinks of Upper Reaches of Min River changes in the supply curve and demand curve,when the market price of the forest carbon sinks is 33.88 yuan/t,reach the state of the market equilibrium of supply and demand supply and demand in a 11.09 x 106 t.When demand is greater than the carbon sink forest carbon sink supply,the shortage of forest carbon sinks will lead to rising prices,whereas the price of forest carbon sinksreturned to decline,and at the same time also prompted the quantity of supply and demand equilibrium of market supply and demand change.In order to further improve the efficiency of the supply of forest carbon sinks in Upper Reaches of Min River,through the exploration of various improvement projects,using pigou's mode of government intervention and coase's property right transaction mode is important way to realize the forest carbon sinks of the upstream of minjiang river supply efficiency,including tax ways can determine the optimal amount of forest carbon sinks,subsidies ways can motivate supplier consciously improve the efficiency of supply,deposit and refund ways can avoid the waste of the forest carbon sinks.In addition,carbon trading has been carried out nationwide,which has proved to be of great importance in improving the efficiency of forest carbon sink.The distribution difference of carbon trading volume in China,it is mainly concentrated in the central and eastern regions of industrial development,and there are periodic changes in carbon trading volume.Therefore,can take cross-regional cooperation forms of Upper Reaches of Min River,the great forest carbon sinks and form a complementary between supply and demand,industry developed provinces and cities.At the same time,according to the peak and trough of volume supply distribution,in view of the difference in different areas of the peak of different carbon sink supply choice.This will effectively promote the conversion of forest carbon sink into economic benefits,and promote the economic development of Upper Reaches of Min River during realizing environmental protection.
