Mobile Phone and other digital products have been booming,the glass material is the development trend of the mobile Phone industry,the curved glass is a unique advantage,it feels better,more beautiful appearance and with 4G and 5G wireless charging new communication technology invention also promotes application of glass material in the mobile Phone on the metal shell the traditional may produce electromagnetic shielding effect,thus affecting the communication signal of mobile Phone,so in order to ensure the quality of communication,the need for multi segment isolation of metal shell.Surface cell Phone glass is a hard and brittle material with excellent characteristics such as light,beautiful,anti-glare,corrosion resistance and so on.Glass material is cheap and comfortable.It is an excellent substitute.The main work and achievements in this paper are as follows:1?Study the removal mechanism of glass material,using cerium oxide polishing liquid for a period of time of high aluminum silicon glass immersion analysis of its chemical action,Vivtorinox micro hardness comparison before and after soaking high aluminum silicate glass,and the white light interferometer and the surface roughness,the results show that the high aluminum silicon glass alkaline slurry will produce a trace chemical action,can form a layer of metamorPHic soft in high aluminum silicate glass surface corrosion,resulting in Vivtorinox hardness decreases,the surface roughness decreased.2?The ANSYS/LSDYNA finite element explicit dynamic analysis software is used to simulate the movement state of the polishing and to change the modulus of the elastic modulus of the polyurethane material.The influence of the elastic modulus of the polyurethane polishing wire on the surface stress and the volatility of the glass surface is analyzed.The analysis results show that under the condition of elastic modulus of 30 MPa,not only the fluctuation rate is small,but also the higher stress can be generated,resulting in a higher material removal rate.3?Through the simulation results of the finite element simulation experiment,a polyurethane polishing pad for glass polishing for surface mobile phone is made,and it is cut into filamentous disc in the polishing lap.On the basis of the double end lapping machine,it is transformed into a polishing machine for surface glass polishing.The effect of different factors and different levels on the material removal rate and roughness is analyzed.The optimum surface quality can be obtained when the length of 10 min,speed 50 rpm,and the concentration of the polishing liquid are 20%.
