As one of the five modes of transport,metal pipelines can be seen everywhere,and is closely related to our lives,bring great convenience to our lives.However,the corrosion of metal pipes often bring us serious consequences,such as pollution of the environment,production,and even explosions,fires,etc..As an essential part of the pipe,elbow pipe is more prone to corrosion due to the erosion of the fluid due to its own characteristics.The existing methods can bend derusting,derusting pickling method will produce toxic gases,derusting quality is not stable,and the long-term operation of the operator's body harm is very large;the water jet will produce large amounts of waste water,causing environmental pollution,and the cost is also high;the existing sand blasting about to bend rust also will produce a lot of dust in the cleaning process.How fast,simple and the harm caused by the small tube wall rust,has become an urgent problem to be solved.The research design of the curved pipe inner wall rust removal mechanism,characteristics of main use of cardan joint variable angle transmission,as the main part of the body rust mechanism,overall smoothly and successfully through different curvature curve;through a flexible shaft drive,which connected to the main body of grinding block rotation,to achieve inner rust the purpose of the pipeline.The pressure required by the grinding block is obtained by the spring and the centrifugal force,and the inner diameter of the single diameter steel pipe elbow with a diameter of 80 to 100 can be removed by the expansion performance of the compression spring.The utility model has the advantages of simple structure,easy operation and high working efficiency.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)according to the characteristics of research purpose and bend project,analyzed the structure and movement characteristics of several commonly used universal couplings,choose a suitable coupling that at present,motion analysis methods of designing institutions and major components,and reasonably determine the overall layout of the machine;(2)according to the requirements of the design parameters to determine the main movement mechanism of descaling parameters,and the structure of the main parts of the design calculation theory;(3)to model the whole cleaning mechanism using SOLIDWORKS software,and imported into ADAMS software,according to "8 common types of bending pipes and fittings design manual" in the selection of kinematics and dynamics simulation,and obtain relevant data;(4)using ANSYS software to analyze the displacement vector and stress state of the key parts,and to determine the strength of the components in the normal operation of the parts.Through the simulation analysis and finite element analysis,it can be determined that the parts and mechanisms of the body can meet the requirements of normal use.
