Evaluation Research On Quality And Safety Of Jujube In Xinjiang Certain Division

Jujube is a plant of rhamnceae,Zizyphus which is widely cultivated in China and has a long history.Jujube is recognized as the"affinal drug and diet"of the excellent material.The certain agricultural division located in the Alear area where is with superior natural condition for planting,and it is the dominant producing areas of jujube.The quality and safety of jujube both are important factor affecting the development of jujube industry.In this paper,take certain agricultural division as samples,collected the jujube in the farm area.The acquisition period was divided into fresh jujube and jujube during half period.The quality,pesticide residue and heavy metal content of jujube were evaluated.The conclusions are as follows:After the sampling of the 15 farms samples of fresh jujube,using principal component analysis method to evaluate comprehensive quality of jujube.The first common factor?F1?in dry matter?X₂?,acid?X₃?,vitamin C?X₄?,reducing sugar?X₅?,total sugar(X₆)had a large load of 5indicators,could explain the contribution rate of 51.663%.The second factor?F2?in edible rate?X₁?,which had a large load index,could explain the contribution rate of 20.654%.Comprehensive evaluation of fresh jujube,the results that the 15 sample points could be divided into three levels,including No.1,6,5 and 15 farm scored the highest,the mean was 0.468,the quality of jujube was the best.In the semi dry sampling,through standardized processing F1,F2 factor load variance contribution rates were 57.010%and 20.024%.The edible rate,dry matter,acid content,vitamin C and total sugar of F₁ had a large load on these five indicators.The reducing sugar indicators had a greater load in F₂.In the first echelon,the 11th group had the highest score which was 0.794,and the quality of jujube was the best.The 15th farm had the lowest score which was-0.102,and the quality of jujube was the worst.30 samples failed in the two batches of jujube,the total qualified rate was 97.9%.Organic phosphorus fresh jujube residue,chlorine pesticide residues exceed the standard ratios were higher than semi dried dates,were 1.32%,2.11%respectively.Monitoring of heavy metal pollution in jujube,found that 1465 samples were not excessive heavy metal pollution phenomenon,and achieved the effective regulation of heavy metal pollution.Comprehensive visible,there was a significant difference between the quality of each unit in certain agricultural division jujube,the fresh jujube of group 1 had the best quality,half to the half dry jujube of group11 had the best quality.Pesticide residues exceeded the phenomenon concentrated in fresh jujube samples,and heavy metal pollution control effect was good.Pesticide application in the process of the growth and development of Chinese jujube as a critical control point.
