UN climate conference in Marrakech at 2016 inherited the spirit of cooperation of the climate conference in Paris,focus on the action that performance the commitment on the carbon reduction.In global climate warming and more and more serious environmental problems,such as fog,holding a series of United Nations climate change conference have got a lot of attention by countries around the world.China also attaches great importance to the problem of global climate change,"Made in China 2025" made clear that China’s manufacturing industry strategic goals about the carbon dioxide emissions,and said it would take concrete measures to put into action to reduce emissions.In many industries,carbon emissions mainly come from the manufacturing industry in China,although the manufacturing has become the first,it is still export-led and extensive mode of traditional development,and appearance "big but not strong",the restriction of resources and environmental problems makes manufacturing urgently need industrial upgrading,and thus achieve the purpose of the carbon emissions,to promote the realization of the low-carbon economy,the focus is on the development,application and improvement of the low carbon technology,and realize the breakthrough innovation.Manufacturing industry,therefore,need to develop low-carbon technologies,make its breakthrough innovation qualities,to promote industrial upgrading,and carbon emissions,is China’s commitments,response to the global climate environment of the important paths.Therefore Manufacturing industry need to develop low-carbon technologies,make it have breakthrough innovation qualities,to promote industrial upgrading,and realize carbon emissions,is the important paths to response to the global climate environment for China.This paper takes low carbon technology breakthrough innovation mechanism based on manufacturing industrial upgrading as the research object,and study the operation effect between the innovation mechanism,and the overall coordinated operation effect and the operation effect about the industrial upgrading and innovation mechanism,making clear its developmentstage,put forward pertinent opinions,helping to improve the innovation ability,to better promote the realization of industrial upgrading.This paper study the low carbon technology breakthrough innovation mechanismfromboth theoretical and empirical perspective,and the research background is established on the basis of industrial upgrading.First,analysis theoreticallythe relevant concepts about manufacturing industry upgrading,low carbon technology innovation and breakthrough innovation mechanism,so as to determine the dimension of industrial upgrading andthe constituent elements of innovation mechanism;Second,building low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation mechanism structure model,basing on the industrial upgrading,and in detail exposition each mechanism factor;Again,on the basis of literature review,build innovation mechanism running effect evaluation system,and establish the evaluation indexes about the innovation mechanism and industrial upgrading,and regard six manufacturing enterprises as the research object,using the coordination theory and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),in the form of questionnaires and interviews,empirical analysis on the synergy effect between innovation mechanism,and and the overall coordinated operation effect and the operation effect about the industrial upgrading and innovation mechanism.Finally,according to the empirical results,in order to enhance the low-carbon technologies breakthrough innovation abilityin manufacturing,and promote industrial upgrading,give concrete suggestions to the innovation mechanism. |
