Polyurea elastomeric material is one of elastomers reacted from socyanate component(A component)and amino compound component(B components).Since its inception,it has fully demonstrated its excellent physical and chemical properties,excellentte chnology and environmental protection.Spray polyurea elastomer technology will be the excellent properties of polyurea spraying,and rapid curing site construction technology organically unifies in together,make it widely used in the engineering,such as construction,energy,transportation,chemical industry,machinery,electronics,environmental protection and sports entertainment,etc.Polyurea elastomer is a kind of high insulation performance,in order to give full play to its characteristics,To meet the needs of the market and expand the application field of polyurea elastomer,this paper mainly studied the synthesis of polyurea elastomer and its improvement of antistatic property.In this paper,using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),amine terminated polyether(D-2000)as the main raw materials,with dimethylthiotoluenediamine(E300),diethyltoluene-diamine(E10O)as chain extender,after two step solution polymerization to synthesize a series of different resistivity of polyurea elastomer.By comparison,it is found that the two chain extenders have obvious difference in gel time and physical and chemical properties of polyurea.It is the best to choose the dimethylthiotoluenediamine(E300)as chain extender.In this paper,in order to research on the antistatic performance of the polyurea elastomer,respectively added metal oxide(SnO2,Fe2O3,ZnO),composite filler(carbon black:Sn02,carbon black:Fe2O3,carbon black:ZnO),carbon nanotubes(multi-walled carbon nanotubes,hydroxylation carbon nanotubes);Surfactant kinds of antistatic agent(KJ-951,KJ-208,KJ-208),four kinds of antistatic packing,discusses the different kinds of antistatic packing influence on polyurea elastomer resistivity,changing the dosage of the anti-static packing,the amount of research and analysis to add to the influence law of polyurea elastomer resistivity.A series of tests on the synthetic polyurea elastomer,such as wear resistance,hardness,water absorption rate,adhesion,etc.,verify that the modified polyurea material meets the standard requirements.The experiment shows that the anti-static effect of polyurea elastomer with composite filler is the best and the comprehensive property is better.
