A Study On The Green Development Idea In The Perspective Of "Beautiful China"

The construction of ecological civilization concerns people’s well-being and the future of nation.Facing the worsening ecological environment,the voice of green development is more and more high.Throughout the international,global climate warming,deteriorating water resources,biodiversity reduction and other ecological problems plague governments,and the improvement of global ecological environment has become an important issue for governments to strengthen international cooperation and participate in global governance.Based on the domestic,with the great achievements in the reform and opening-up,there are a series of contradictions and problems,such as shortage of resources,environmental pollution,destruction of ecological system and so on.Under such circumstances,the Communist Party of China extremely attach great importance to and actively respond to it,timely adjust development strategy,and then innovate the development idea.The construction of "Beautiful China" is the goal of the development of ecological civilization in the report of thel 8th National Congress of the CPC;The "Thirteen-Five" plan(2016-2020),which was adopted at the meeting of Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC in March 2015,in this plan,put forwards the five development ideas of innovation,harmony,green,openness and sharing,and takes the concept of green development as our "Thirteen-Five" and even longer period of economic and social development of one of the important ideas,which indicates that the CPC has a deep understanding to China’s economic and social development of the law.The echo of the people is the goal of the CPC,the construction of "Beautiful China" and the idea of green development’s proposed,which follows the development law,conforms to the trend of the times and the people’s will,and solve the real problem.It will guide us to realize the goal of two hundred years and realize the sustainable development of Chinese nation.Therefore,under the view of "Beautiful China" studied the concept of green development is helpful to understand the guiding role of "Beautiful China",to enrich the research of the relevant theories of green development,and to provide new ideas for the construction of beautiful China,to provide some directions for the sustainable development of green concept.This paper is divided into five parts of the "Beautiful China" under the perspective of green development concept to do an in-depth study.The first part is the introduction part of the thesis,the research background and the significance of the research,green development concept is proposed to solve the increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems of the inevitable requirement,is to gather the consensus at home and abroad,is a objective needs to construct beautiful China.The second part combs the ideological origin of the green development concept from the perspective of "Beautiful China",this part systematically expounds four aspects of the ecological ideology of ancient China,inheriting and developing Marx and Engels,absorbing and drawing lessons from the Western mainstream ecological thought,enriching the CPC’s ecological construction thought,providing theoretical support for the full text.The third part from the development of the concept of the new,the way of the ecological,the results of the sharing,and the purpose of human nature outlined the distinctive characteristics of green development.The fourth part elaborates the practical exploration of the green development concept in the view of "Beautiful China",and then from the green development concept in the "Beautiful China" of economic,political,social and cultural level of the green development concept in today’s practical exploration of a systematic summary.The fifth part elaborates the significance of the green development concept from the perspective of "Beautiful China",from the theoretical point of view,the concept of green development will help enrich the ecological thought of Marx and Engels,and inject fresh blood into the thought of the Chinese Communist Party’s ecological construction,in terms of practical value,it is helpful to promote the ecological turn of economic construction,refine the green development mechanism,cultivate the ecological consciousness of the whole people,promote global green development.The green development is both a theory and practice,the research on the concept of green development can still keep pace with the times.Starting from the background of building a beautiful China,combining theory with practice,the paper focuses on the important progress and significance of the concept of green development under the vision of "Beautiful China".This will not only help deepen the understanding of the concept of green development,but also help to further implement the concept of green development and build a beautiful China.
