Based On Grid Management Performance Improvement Research For Prevention And Control Of Environmental Pollution

For the past few years,our country environmental pollution prevention has achieved remarkable results,especially since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)has made clear “the five integrated” strategic layout that includes ecological civilization construction,the concept of green development is further rooted in the hearts of people,the public’s attention and participation in the government’s environmental governance have been increasing,the demand for environmental governance is also getting higher and higher,the government’s environmental pollution control pressure is increasing 。 The tenet of public participation is the soul and essence of environmental law,mobilize the masses to participate in environmental pollution control work,it will help to achieve comprehensive supervision,but how do you use the mass participation 、come true standardize management,and we will further improve the effectiveness of environmental pollution control,become a problem in the social management category 。In the process of social management,continuous reform and innovation,grid management more and more applications,grid management through the integration of grass-roots governance resources and reuse,achieve full“ coverage of work 、seamless ”,due to grid management grassroots power is fully mobilized,and it covers a wide range of areas,it is helpful to promote the performance of environmental pollution prevention and control,However,in specific work,due to the influence of traditional ideas,the deviation of system design and so on,let the advantages of grid management are not fully reflected,it didn’t do what it was supposed to do,even in some ways detours,influence the grid management participation personnel to the grid management cognition and application。This paper adopts the combination of theory and practice,the characteristics of environmental pollution control based on grid management are summarized,the theory of grid management and policy implementation are deeply analyzed,point out the advantages and challenges of grid management in environmental pollution control。On his basis,we will improve the institutional construction,integrate social public management information platform,promote people preparation,correct the improper assessment mechanism,crack the function department to wait for several aspects,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the performance of environmental pollution prevention and control by relying on grid management 。In the severe situation of environmental pollution prevention and control,it is hoped that this paper will improve the performance of environmental pollution prevention and control by grid management,can contribute to the next environmental pollution prevention and control.
