For the past few years,our country environmental pollution prevention has achieved remarkable results,especially since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)has made clear “the five integrated” strategic layout that includes ecological civilization construction,the concept of green development is further rooted in the hearts of people,the public's attention and participation in the government's environmental governance have been increasing,the demand for environmental governance is also getting higher and higher,the government's environmental pollution control pressure is increasing ?
