Sudden water pollution accidents are caused by human behavior,which is a water pollution phenomenon to make water quality get worse in a short term.When the sudden water pollution accidents once occur,the geographic scale involved in is usually relatively large,so the decision-makers often need to know the whole information of accidents quickly and as much as possible to management decisions,which requires the support of geographic information technology.However,the traditional two-dimensional geographic information system loses a lot of important information when it expresses spatial entity information in the abstract expression of surface features.In specific applications,the three-dimensional geographic information system has better expressive ability than the two-dimensional',at the same time,the basin water environment is a dynamic complex system,the change of water flow and the migration and diffusion of pollutants are a dynamic process that follow certain rules,which need to collect the hydrological condition data of this range in detail combined with water quality model to study the water pollution emergencies.This paper make full use of previous research experience.We classify the sources of water environmental risks of enterprises involved,and establish the spatial geographic information database and environmental thematic attribute information database of Ashe River Basin.By studying the system structure of SKYLINE platform,we set up the three-dimensional scene of basin water environment by using SKYLINE platform and design the optimized model structure of watershed 3D scene.This paper have studied the two-dimensional transport and transformation equations of pollutants in detail and used the projection transformation method to correct the coordinate of the equation,in order to to make the water quality model couple with SKYLINE platform and design the pollutant concentration visualization system based on the ribbon surface effects.This paper have designed and implemented the Ashe river basin water environment simulation system,taking assumption accident as an example based on the simulation system,simulating the process of the accident,so as to calculate the temporal and spatial distribution of pollutants from polluted rivers and reaches and perform a risk assessment of the pollution accidents.
