Prerparation And Application Of Adhesive Of Acrylate Micro-emulsion

As a kind of common fine chemical products,adhesives have been widely used in various industries.It has the characteristics of rapid development,wide application and high economic benefit.Acrylate emulsion adhesive is one of the most common adhesives.The products with good flexibility,transparency,film forming and excellent environmental protection and mechanical properties.Micro-emulsion is a kind of thermal stability,optical transparent or semi transparent dispersion system,and its particle size is less than 100nm.The micro emulsion has better film forming ability,permeability and affinity.Generally speaking,the concept of micro-emulsion is applied to the problem of acrylate adhesive,which has great research value and application prospect.In this paper,acrylic ester and methyl methacrylate were used as the main monomers and acrylic acid,N-hydroxy acrylamide and other functional monomers were introuducted.By using the method of pre emulsification semi continuous seed emulsion acrylate microemulsion with excellent comprehensive properties were synthesized.In this paper,the performance of acrylate emulsion with excellent performance was prepared by optimizing the formula and the improved process.Using single factor analysis method,effect of the methods of polymerization,monomer ratio,monomer content,emulsifier type and dosage,triggering agent,assistant surfactant dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature,stirring speed,the amount of acrylic acid and seed emulsion dosage on the microemulsion properties was discussed.Butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate monomer ratio is 13:7,the dosage of 7:13,the amount of emulsifier to monomer 2%,initiator dosage is 0.5%of monomer,the polymerization temperature is 75 ?,the reaction time is 7h,stirring speed is 150r/min,the pH system is 7,with acrylic acid content was 5%for the best comprehensive performance of acrylate micro emulsion.The amount of seed emulsion was the best 7-9%effect.The application properties of acrylate emulsion adhesive were studied.The acrylate micro-emulsion adhesive prepared in the experiment coating for printing and dyeing,and the printing and dyeing fabrics were tested.The results show that the dry/wet rubbing fastness and wash fastness of the printing and dyeing fabric can reach 4?5 levels,soft feelling,air permeability and whiteness is better than that of commercially available products.
