In this paper,the research progress of emulsion polymerization and the organic silicone fluorinated acrylate emulsion at domestic and abroad are reviewed.The stable Fluorine containing Silicone Acrylate copolymer emulsion synthesized by high shear monomer pre emulsification method is determined.The structure and properties of the emulsion are tested,characterized and applied.The Fluorine containing Silicone Acrylate emulsion studied in this paper is based y-methacryl oxy propyl trimethoxy silane,eight methyl ring four siloxane(D4),1,3,5-three methyl-1,3,5-three(3,3,3-three fluoropropyl)ring three siloxane(D3F),hydroxyethyl acrylate,acrylic acid(AA),butyl acrylate(BA),2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate.The the main raw material containing fluorosilicone group was introduced onto the main chain of acrylate polymer as branched chain by emulsion graft polymerization.The effects of emulsion system,different initiators,reaction temperature,different crosslinking agents,ratio of monomers and monomers of acrylic ester and D3F monomer to D4 ratio on the stability of polymerization process were studied.The basic polymerization process and formulation were determined.The composition,particle morphology,particle size and distribution of Fluorine containing Silicone acrylate emulsion prepared were characterized.The effects of the amounts of D3F monomer on the properties of elastic membranes were mainly studied.Infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and particle size distribution were tested.In addition,the application of the pressure sensitive adhesive was discussed in this paper.It was coated on the surface of PI film and PET film respectively,and then pressed on the surface of aluminium plate.The effects of the amount of adhesives used,the ratio of D3F monomer to D4 on the mechanical properties and peeling strength of the latex film were investigated.The results show that the adhesive strength of latex to both films is very high at room temperature.The peeling strength reaches 128(N/m)and can still reach 100(N/m)when heated to 80℃.When heated to 150℃,the peeling strength rapidly decreases to less than 23(N/m),which is a special low temperature bonding and high temperature detachment characteristic.The characteristic has the best application performance insome special application for the electronic industry.
