| With the continuous improvement of domestic economic level,People’s pursuit of the quality of life is getting higher and higher.People are not satisfied with standardized textile products that have been provided in the mass production of the past.Rich personalized clothing,home textiles and other products have become the mainstream which People is chasing.Digital printing has the advantages of high flexibility in production,high product quality and variety,small batch and personalized production,green environmental protection and so on.But in practical applications,there are still some problems in the digital printing of fabrics,for example the fixation rate,K / S value,color fastness and other indicators of the fabric are poor.Therefore,this paper explores the best digital printing process of three kinds of woven fabrics by researching on digital printing process of cotton fabric,silk fabric,polyester fabric,which can provide some reference,guidance and theoretical basis for fabric digital printing in actual production.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)In the study of digital printing process of cotton fabric,because the apparent color depth of cotton fabric is small and the color fastness to water washing is poor,reactive dye ink is used for digital printing.Cotton fabric is treated by the main different thickeners.The result shows that digital printing effect of the cotton fabric after treating with the compound of sodium alginate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is the best.The best formula of pretreatment liquid of cotton fabric digital printing: the thickener is the compound of sodium alginate and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium,compound ratio is 2:2,the dosage is 2.4%,urea is 4.5%,sodium hydroxide is 4.5%,glycerol is 6%,sodium sulfate is 3.5%.The best process parameters of hot pressing and steaming in digital printing: hot pressing time is 54 s,hot pressing temperature is 174℃,steam time is 24 min.(2)In the study of digital printing process of silk woven fabric,because the permeability of silk fabric is high and the color fastness to washing is poor,reactive dye ink is used for digital printing.The silk fabric is treated by pretreated.The result shows that comparing the digital printing effect after treating with a single sodium alginate thickener and the digital printing effect after treating with compound thickener of sodiumalginate and synthetic thickener TMF610,the latter is better,the K / S value,permeability,color fastness to rubbing,color fastness to washing of fabric have improved.The best formula of pretreatment liquid of silk fabric digital printing: the thickener is the compound of sodium alginate and synthetic thickener TMF610.The best process parameters of hot pressing and steaming in digital printing: hot pressing temperature is 164℃,hot pressing time is 44 s,steam time is 20 min.(3)In the study of digital printing process of polyester woven fabric,because the coloring rate of polyester fabric is low and the color fastness to rubbing is poor,thermal transfering of disperse dye ink is used for digital printing.Effect of digital printing on polyester fabric after treating with three different thickeners including polyoxyethylene,polyethylene glycol,glycerol is compared.The results show that the digital printing effect after treating with polyoxyethylene thickener is best,the K / S value,fixation rate,color fastness to rubbing,color fastness to washing of fabric of fabric have improved,its best dosage is 2.2%.The best process parameters of hot pressing and steaming in digital printing: hot pressing temperature is 230℃,hot pressing time is 35 s,steam time is 18 min. |
