Digital printing of textiles is an emerging processing technology.Compared with traditional printing methods,digital printing has low energy consumption,less pollution,and excellent printing pattern quality,especially for current personalized,small batch,fast response.Market demand.At present,there is still a lack of research and product development on digital printing technology of polyester sanitary ware at home and abroad.To this end,the technical difficulties in the processing of digital printing of sanitary textiles for special structures such as polyester coral velvet and chenille fabric,including low permeability and poor fineness,carry out research and process technology development.In this thesis,the polyester coral velvet fabric was treated by low temperature plasma.The surface analysis of the fiber surface,the contact angle test of the fabric surface,and the measurement of the penetration distance of the ink to the root of the fiber showed that the hydrophobic silicone plasma treatment can increase the digital printing.Apparent color depth,and further treated with oxygen plasma,the hydrophilicity of the polyester surface increases,the permeability of the ink to the root of the fabric is increased;the surface roughness of the fiber after plasma treatment increases,and the apparent depth of the fabric is not There was no significant change in the treated fabric.Then,by screening and treating the hydrophilic agent,it is found that the hydrophilic agent solution and the pure water treated fabric can improve the ink penetration depth on the fabric digital direct inkjet printing,and the pure water treatment and the hydrophilic agent solution treat the fabric.The post-digital inkjet printing ink penetration effect is similar.When the fabric is treated with pure water,the liquid permeability of the fabric is about 30%,so that the penetration rate of the ink on the fabric reaches about 95%.The fixing process of polyester coral velvet fabric after direct inkjet printing was optimized.The optimum baking conditions were: baking temperature 190 ℃,baking times 2-3 times,single baking time 6 min.In addition,the paper examined the effect of pretreatment on the thermal transfer printing of polyester coral fleece fabric.When the surface of the polyester coral fleece fabric was treated with hydrophobic treatment,the ink permeability of the thermal transfer digital printing increased,while the fabric surface was treated with hydrophilicity.The K/S value of the thermal transfer digital printing is slightly increased.The thermal transfer digital printing process of polyester coral velvet fabric was optimized.The optimal process conditions for thermal transfer digital printing were: thermal transfer digital printing temperature 210 ℃,time 40 s.There is no obvious change in the color fastness of direct inkjet printing after low temperature plasma treatment and auxiliary treatment of polyester coral velvet fabric,and the color fastness of thermal transfer digital printing after additive treatment is slightly decreased,but it can meet the production requirements of enterprises..The polyester chenille fabric is subjected to digital inkjet printing after low temperature plasma treatment,and its color depth and permeability are similar to those of coral fabrics,which can increase ink permeability,but because the chenille pile height is 10 mm.Left and right,the ink still cannot penetrate into the lower middle part of the pile.By treating with hydrophilic agent or pure water,chenille fabric can increase the penetration depth of digital direct inkjet printing ink,and the liquid permeability is about 70 %,so that the penetration rate of ink on the fabric reaches about 70 %.When the baking temperature and baking time after printing increase,the permeability of the ink on the fabric also increases,and the whiteness of the surface of the chenille fabric is slightly reduced;the optimized baking process conditions are: baking temperature 190 ℃ The number of baking times was 2-3 times,and the single baking time was 6 minutes.At this time,the color fastness level can reach the color fastness level of 3-4 grades and above required by the cooperative enterprise.On the basis of the above-mentioned process technology research,the development of polyester coral velvet fabric and floor mat finished heat transfer digital printing products,polyester microfiber beach towel and cloak heat transfer digital printing products,digital direct inkjet polyester chenille fabric and floor mat The product has been placed on the market and received a large number of orders.Therefore,the work of this thesis has not only been fully affirmed by the market,but also has certain practical significance for promoting the innovative development of sanitary wares and improving the scientific and technological progress of the sanitary ware industry.
