With the increasing number of natural disasters and sudden disasters,to take the main force of the rescue operation of the fire force mission continues to expand,orange rescue clothing has become a symbol of the safety for the people.Rescue clothing is not limited to officers and men from self-protection,but also its aesthetics and sports comfortableness are increasingly high.However,the research in this area is more limited to the functional fabric,the structural design of the research is not much.Therefore,this paper summarizes the commonly used actions of rescue operations,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of garment structure design,ergonomics as the breakthrough point,the structural design optimization and innovation research are carried out for the existing rescue clothing.Through the investigation and study of nearly 500 fire officers and men in Shaanxi Province,the design requirements of the existing rescue clothing were obtained,combined with the common action,to design the human dynamic experiment and obtain the key structure factor data of various parts of garments.By studying the effect of armhole shape change on body fit,it is concluded that back-width factor has more obvious influence on arm movement and garment aesthetics,and obtains a more reasonable relationship between sleeves and sleeves.By studying the influence of crotch shape change on pants fitness,we can get a reasonable relationship between the length of crotch,the width of crotch and the inclination angle of posterior crotch.The structure design of the emergency rescue suits was carried out with the experimental data.The organ pleats were designed according to the back width factor,It provides a large amount of movement and ensures aesthetics,at the same time,optimize the knee structure,the design of pleats for the knee movement to provide the amount of loose.And according to the conclusion of theoretical research,the samples were made and evaluated.The results showed that both the aesthetics and the sports comfortableness were better than those before the optimization.This paper provides the basic idea for the processing enterprises to obtain the design demand through the investigation and research,improves the aesthetics and sports comfortableness of the rescue clothing through the human dynamic experiment,and obtains the experimental data to provide the data base for the enterprise product design;The optimization scheme provides the theoretical support for the enterprise technology renewal.
