It should give the muscle suitable pressure, reduce the muscle vibration and the nonessential energy lossing, and strengthen the shrinkage force of muscle. Therefore, how to design the comfortable pressure clothes according to the muscular motion characteristic is very significant. The pressure comfortableness study of female beach volleyball clothing is a branch of clothing research area, there has being no complete research system in domestic and overseas about it, this topic was proposed on this foundation.This paper used the LabVIEW clothing pressure survey system to take out the dressing test, survey and analyse the pressure distribution when wearing the conventional clothes in different state of motion(Natural posture, Serving, Setting, Passing, Spiking, Blocking, Defense), and found that the pressure in the armpit and hip are quite big; It analysed the beach volleyball movement biology mechanics and designed the new female beach volleyball clothing with different pieces of material, unified the special design and different elastic lining; It Used the clothing pressure survey system to obtain the pressure distribution of 7 spots (shoulder, back, chest, abdomen, armpit, hip, quaddafi) in different postures, the pressure in quaddafi, shoulder, back, abdomen and armpit reduced obviously, which maintained invariably in chest, and enlarged in hip; Compared it to the clothing pressure survey result which was unimproved, and analysed clothing pressure comfortableness of the improved clothes, it had the remarkable enhancement; Finally appraised the partial and overall body comfortableness in different postures when wearing the new style female beach volleyball clothing using the subjective questionnaire, and analysed the survey result with the SPSS statistical analysis software, withdrawing two factors that could reflect all the clothing comfortableness factors, the clothing loose allowance and the lining performance.Unified the objective survey and subjective appraisal, the pressure comfortableness has improved a lot of the new style clothing.The conclusion and the research results may provide the advantageous reference and help for other sportwear of pressure comfortableness research.
