1,2,3-triazole fused heterocyclic compounds are important nitrogen-containing heterocyclic organic compounds and are widely used in agriculture,industry,medicine and other fields.In particular,it has been found that some 1,2,3-triazole fused heterocyclic compounds have potential physiological and pharmacological activities.The construction and application of novel 1,2,3-triazole fused heterocyclic compounds have attracted much attention.At present,most of the 1,2,3-triazole fused heterocyclic compounds are synthesized based on intramolecular cycloaddition reactions.It is still a challenging task for organic synthetic chemists to build rapidly and efficiently constructions of structurally diverse 1,2,3-triazole fused heterocycles from simple reactants.In this paper,based on the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole-fused heterocyclic compounds,we designed and developed two synthetic methods,such as,the synthesis of[1,2,3]triazolo[5,1-a]isoquinolines via a copper-catalyzed tandem reaction which from the o-bromo-aryl-NH-triazoles and terminal acetylenes and copper-promoted cascade reaction of?E?-1-?2-Bromophenyl?-3-arylprop-2-en-1-ones with NaN3 to 1,2,3-triazol e-substituted 2,1-benzoisoxazoles.The whole paper is divided into the following sections:In the first chapter,we reviewed the application of 1,2,3-triazole and1,2,3-triazole-fused heterocyclic compounds,the synthetic methods of 1,2,3-triazole-fused heterocyclic compounds.In the second chapter,we reviewed the synthesis of[1,2,3]-triazole-[5,1-a]isoquinoline compounds.Including the synthesis of o-bromo-aryl-NH-triazoles and the optimization of reaction conditions,such as,catalysts,temperature,solvents and bases.In the third chapter,we reviewed the application of[1,2,3]-triazolo-[5,1-a]isoq-uinolines compounds.The ring-opening reaction was carried out using[1,2,3]-triazole-[5,1-a]isoquinoline compound.In the fourth chapter,we reviewed the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole-substituted2,1-benzoisoxazoles compounds.Including the synthesis of?E?-1-?2-Bromophenyl?-3-arylprop-2-en-1-ones and the optimization of reaction conditions,such as,copper salts,the amount of copper salt,solvents and temperature.The application of benzisoxazole substituted NH-1,2,3-triazole compounds was also studied.
