With the development of Click Chemistry, many of 1,2,3-triazoles have been obtained. However,compared with 1,2,3-triazoles, the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole fused heterocycles is more difficult. The synthetic methods for these fused heterocycles are not so much, but some 1,2,3- triazole fused heterocyclic compounds have shown unique properties. Many of them show anti-tumor, anti-HIV and other biological activitives. In this thesis, we design a highly effectient method to synthesize [1,2,3] triazolo [5,1-a] isoquinoline compounds by using intramolecular cascade cyclization of 1,2-diethynylbenzene and Na N3. At the same time, the selectivities of the cascade cyclization were also investigated, moreover, the ring-opening reaction of 1,2,3-triazole fused heterocycles was developed. By the way, The fluorescence properties of the fused 1,2,3- triazoles have also been studied.The thesis is divided into the following sections:In the first chapter, the synthetic methods of 1,2,3-triazole fused heterocyclic compounds and their applications in the field of chemistry, materials, biology, medicine were reviewed.In the second chapter, the synthesis of [1,2,3] triazolo [5,1-a] isoquinoline compounds was reported. Nineteen [1,2,3] triazolo [5,1-a] isoquinoline derivatives were synthesized basing on three kinds of different substrates.In the third chapter, the selectivity and the mechanism of reaction were investigated by using some controlled experiments were designed.In the forth chapter, the ring-opening reaction of [1,2,3] triazolo [5,1-a] isoquinoline and the fluorescence properties were studied. [1,2,3] triazolo [5,1-a] isoquinoline substances can transform to other isoquinoline compounds. Moreover, the fluorescence properties were also studied.
