| With the requirement of large double column vertical lathe machining precision is more and more high,parts processing technology and processes to become diverse,not only to meet the machining parts,but also needs to satisfy the requirements of milling and grinding,but generally vertical lathe unable to adapt to market demands more deformation processing capacity,single function of the urgent need upgrade.In this paper,a new type of double column vertical lathe is designed according to user’s requirements.The existing vertical double column lathe can be upgraded and upgraded in function and processing capacity to meet the needs of customers.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)the design of the new beam lifting mechanism developed to reduce cross beam lifting noise by redesigning the transmission structure,three-dimensional analysis verified unloading device and cross beam to improve cross beam stability and reliability in working conditions.(2)the design verification speed up to 100 RPM/min model table,through the redesign of the operating situation of high speed rotating table static pressure cavity,the reliability of finite element analysis unit using UG software to verify the table in the high speed heavy load conditions of oil film pressure state,and provide a reliable theoretical basis for vertical lathe accuracy improvement.(3)on the drive shaft of the vertical turret milling by preload increases milling shaft bearing can improve the bearing milling shaft bearing stiffness and anti vibration,and the bearing configuration of the theoretical calculation and analysis in the ram within the stroke through the finite element analysis,influence of milling gear box weight on the ram produced the.The accuracy of CHX5250 type machine for testing and inspection,measurement of linear position accuracy,geometric accuracy,and the error detection is analyzed,and the actual processing of CNC turning sample for machine,through the processing of the specimens to verify the accuracy of the machine stability and reliability have reached the design request. |
