In this paper, the design of lifting mechanism analysis is a new type,which mainly used for intelligent electric lifting table. This mechanism has the characteristics of large travel, easy self-locking, runs stable.What’s more, it is very applicable to the narrow working space which requires large travel.And it has the very strong use value and derivative.According to the requirement of electric lifting table working space and technology, firstly two sets of overall layout of the electric lifting table have been put forward. It contains the single motor and double motor electric lifting table.After compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes comparison, the plan of double motor electric lifting table has been choosed. On the basis of the overall layout, three design schemes of structure of the core institutions- electric lifting table lifting mechanism have been put forward according to the technical requirements, namely the scissor lift mechanism, screw steel wire rope lifting mechanism and a double thread lifting mechanism. This paper describes in detail the design principle, characteristics of the organization of each body, design and calculation the key components, then model and assembly structure by SOLIDWORKS.Comprehensive performance than the three lifting mechanism, the double thread lifting mechanism is the best choice. In order to make the design more reasonable and reliable structure, this paper check dynamics theory and behavior of the double lifting mechanism,including thread mechanics, mechanism dynamics stability, the motion accuracy and movement process of research after designing the core components of the double thread lifting mechanism.After researching the relationship between the microscopic and macroscopic force lifting mechanism in the process of movement, it detects the rationality of design integral lifting mechanism. At the same time, in order to make more reasonable structural design, this paper has carried out the static analysis and modal analysis of the lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism and the finite element model is established by using the finite element software ANSYS.Then,it has held modal analysis of the whole lifting mechanism and calculated the inherent frequency and vibration type of the lifting mechanism under the normal working state.Ithas verified the stability of the whole lifting mechanism. Through the analysis, the stability of the lifting mechanism, precision and static strength can meet the requirement of our design.Then, this paper has conducted the research on its control system and designed a synchronization control system supporting the use of electric power for the double thread lifting structure.The electric synchronization control system can ensure the synchronous of the lifting mechanism motion synchronous. Finally through the lifting mechanism of physical prototype and summary of commissioning, the design and theoretical analysis of lifting mechanism has been proved.In summary, the research work of this paper can be summarized as the following aspects:1) introduce the various electric lifting tables and its lifting mechanism for the home and office, then discusses their advantages and disadvantages;2) discuss the the strategy and scheme of electric lift table, including the single motor drive scheme and double motor drive scheme;3) compare and analysis the mechanical structure of the three lift mechanisms which include scissors type lifting mechanism, screw steel wire rope lifting mechanism and a two stage screw lifting mechanism;4) propose coaxial with complete intellectual property double thread lifting mechanism, build up the dynamic model, and analysis the mechanical behavior characteristics of this mechanism in great detail, including the dynamic stability analysis, study on the motion accuracy and movement process;5)analysis the stability of double stage screw lifting mechanism by using the finite element software ANSYS, strength check analysis of the core components of mechanism;6) discuss the synchronous lifting strategy and plan of multiple side double stage screw lifting mechanism and develop the control system for the double side double thread lifting mechanism;7) prototype made scissor lift mechanism, screw steel wire rope lifting mechanism and a two stage screw lifting mechanism of the three schemes, and tested, analyzed and summarized the corresponding.
