| With the rapid development of high technology,micro-forming are widely used in all of our life.Micro-forming technology as a new kind of plastic processing technology,playing an important role in the whole processing manufacturing industry.Due to the high yield,high efficiency and good performance of plastic forming,the micro-forming technology in plastic forming field have a very broad prospect.But with the decrease of the size of parts,especially in the grain size of material close to the sizes of parts in the process of forming material,forming regularity have changed.Making the micro-forming application different size effect phenomenon.However,in this paper,there have been few studies on the size effect of the metal sheet.preliminary studied the material characteristics of 304 stainless steel sheet in the process of micro deep drawing,and the existence of the size effect is verified by model building and numerical simulation,and given reasonable explanation.Firstly,the mechanical properties of the material were studied by simple unidirectional tensile experiment.In this paper,the different heat treatment,the thickness of the 304 stainless steel sheet for the uniaxial tensile experiments,the experimental results show that with the decrease of the sheet thickness,the greater the flow stress of sheet showed obvious size effect phenomena.In the comparison of stress and strain curves,when the average grain size is consistent and the thickness is not the same,it is consistent with the experimental results.When the thickness of the plate is the same and the average grain size is different,the smaller the average grain size,the smaller the size effect of the flow stress.If expressed in relative grain size thickness and the ratio of the average grain size,the flow stress of thin plate,with the decrease of the relative grain size increases,on this basis to establish model,confirmed the prediction results with the experimental results.Second,micro deep drawing experiments,through the deep drawing process of sheet of the analysis of the stress and strain state,establish the largest formula of drawing force,when the thickness is bigger can well predict different thickness sheet deep drawing is one of the biggest force,but when the thickness is small effect is poorer.The results show that the radial flow stress increases with the decrease of the thickness of the thin plate in the maximum tensile force moment.In the end,ABAQUS analysis software was used to simulate the deep forming of304 stainless steel sheet.Cylinders in micro deep drawing experiments of smaller size of the modeling analysis shows that in micro deep drawing process,the different convex concave die radius,there is a certain relationship on the distribution of stress and strain,and the maximum value of stress,plastic strain values are mainly concentrated in the die fillet radius area;For the prediction of maximum tensile force,the numerical simulation results of the deep drawing are similar to that of experimental results,which is better than the results of modeling calculation. |
