The deep-drawing process of the double-box stainless steel sink is a plastic deformation process with large disturbance and large deformation.The metal sheet material involved in deformation has complex strain and stress under the interaction of bending and stretching.It is often difficult to make reasonable predictions of sheet metal stamping performance based on experience alone.Therefore,in current sheet metal stamping production,advanced computer-aided engineering(CAE)analysis technology is used to numerically simulate the forming process of specific stamping parts.Has become the main research method.In order to increase the deep drawing limit of the double-box stainless steel water tank with a large depth at one time,this paper proposes to use DYNAFORM software as a numerical simulation tool to analyze the drawing quality of the double-box stainless steel water tank,and to optimize the process parameters and the structure of the blank holder.The deep drawing of the double box is compared with that of the single box.It is found that the key to whether the double-box stainless steel sink can be deep-drawn at one time is whether the material supply is sufficient during the deep forming of the straight face of the inside of the sink and the fillet of the die.The blank holder force,die clearance,friction coefficient between the sheet and the die and blank holder,the radius of all punch radii,and the fillet of all die were studied.The single change of these process parameters deepened the double-box stainless steel sink.The impact of quality.The best single process parameter value was found for this double-box stainless steel sink.The orthogonal test method was used to obtain theoptimal combination of process parameters for deep drawing of the double-box stainless steel sink.Based on the optimal drawing process parameter combination,the structure of the blank holder was improved,and the best solution was screened out after various scheme tests.It is found that the improved blank holder ring is conducive to the deep-drawing of the double-box stainless steel sink.Finally,the process optimization scheme of numerical simulation was verified through experiments.
