Infant formula is the most important source of nutrition besides breast milk to the infants,the quality and safety of infant formula is relation to the young children's health and even life safety.People are very concerned about how to guarantee the infant's food security.In recent years,the infant food safety incidents happen frequently and microbial contamination is the most widespread and the most serious problem in the food contamination of infants and children,it can cause a variety of foodborne illness,serious or even fatal effects on the infants and young children.So the microbial contamination in infant food is the most outstanding problem in the world food security.In order to know the microbial contamination of infant food in Tai'an City,this paper carried out microbiological examination of 180 pieces of infant food marketed in Tai'an City,and analyzed the homochronous diarrhea situation of infants in Tai'an City in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of infantile diarrhea.The main results are as following:1.According to the GB 4789-2010 national food safety standards of food microbiology test requirements,180 infants and young children in the total number of colonies,coliform bacteria,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella and Enterobacter Sakazakii test,did not detect the Salmonella and Enterobacter Sakazakii.The total number of bacteria and the coliform bacteria meet the national safety standard,and the qualified rate is 100%.Four samples of staphylococcus aureus were detected,with a count of less than 100 CFU/g,which met national safety standards.2.On May 1,2016 to April 30,20 1 7,Taishan Medical College Hospital pediatric medicine altogether collected 346 cases children with diarrhea,the results showed:1 year old children with diarrhea more,accounting for 63.87%;the maximum number of children with diarrhea in February and march was 12.14%;in the cases of infantile diarrhea,the virus detection rate was the highest in January and February,with 64.29%and 53.66%respectively,including 83 cases of rotavirus detection and the detection rate was 23.99%.3.According to the results of infants' food testing,it can be seen that the baby food sold in Taian City supermarkets is safe and in line with national food safety standards.According to infant virus infectious diarrhoea happens in the late winter and early spring,this phenomenon indicats that food pollution comes mainly from food packaging produced after opened,parents should pay attention to the preservation and tableware disinfection dairy,avoid" disease from the mouth."...
