Water quality monitoring is one of the basic duties and tasks of the environmental monitoring organization.The monitoring center stands for thousands of drinking water,surface water and waste water every year.In the laboratory analysis,the anionic surfactants and volatile phenols in the water samples are carried out in accordance with the current national standard method,that is,the manual method.There are many experimental utensils used by manual methods.The preprocessing is more complicated and more steps,the analysis time is very long,and the efficiency is low.Therefore,it is urgent to make a rapid and accurate method of determination.In the analysis of the anionic surfactant and volatile phenol in water samples using san++ type continuous flow analyzer of SKALAR company in the Netherlands,the following problems are found: The baseline and peak type of anionic surfactant are not idea,he detection of volatile phenol is inferior to manual method.In this paper,we will put forward the improvement measures to the above problems,and verify the improved effect.This experiment has made the following improvements to the anionic surfactant project:(1)adding a windpipe to the mixture of water samples and reagents in the anionic surfactants project;(2)add 2m L/500 mL of Brij35 solution in alkaline methylene blue;(3)change the original export of the dish to the import,and the original import becomes export.Based on the above improvements,the problem of baseline instability and peak type is solved when the anionic surfactant is analyzed.This experiment has made the following improvements to the volatile phenol project:(1)remove the reagent pipeline of distilled water;(2)the secondary sample tube after the distillation step is changed from the original 1.00 m L/min pump tube to 0.80 m L/min pump pipe;(3)in the back of the distillery equipment of the volatile phenol project,the air flow meter outlet shall be equipped with SKALAR company's 2CA10095 anti-liquid safe tank.Through the above improvement,we reduce the detection limit of the volatile phenol project and solve the problem of the liquid reverse-inflow airflow after the previous unattended.
