There are all kinds of met als in nature,such as alkaline earth met als,transition met als and heavy metals,and these metals closely relate to the environment of biomedical and chemical disciplines.Some met al ions play an important role in the human body,and is involved in various biological processes,therefore,the detection of ions has attracted more and more attention.In recent years,more and more fluorescent probes have been reported with the continuous development of fluorescent probe technology and progress,and people's deep understanding and research on small molecule fluorescent probes.The fluorescence detection technology has broad prospects for development in the future.Four small molecule fluorescent probes were designed and synthesized on the basis of terpyridine:1)The compound T1 was obtained from carbazole derivatives,4-methoxyphenyla-cetylene and 2-acetylpyridine.The optical properties and cationic selectivity of the target compound T1 were studied by means of UV-visible-absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.It is found that the fluorescence probe has good selectivity to Cu2+?Ni2+?Cd2+and Zn2+ions,and the detection limit of this probe for Zn2+is 7.16×10-8M,which has certain value for the detection of zinc ion.2)The compound T2 was synthesized by triphenylamine,4-methoxyphenylacetylene and 2-acetylpyridine.Through the fluorescence emission and UV absorption spectroscopy,we found the fluorescence probe could react with Cu2+,Ni2+,Cd2+,Zn2+divalent ions,which can make the fluorescence intensity decreased.It have very good anti-interference ability with Zn2+and the detection limit of this probe for Zn2+is 1.18×10-7 M.3)The target compound T3 was synthesized by the terpyridine group and tertbutyldimethylsilyl chloride.It found that the fluorescent probe not only can selectively recognize Cu2+,Ni2+,Cd2+,Zn2+four kinds of cations,but also have specific recognition effect on F-because of the presence of terpyridine structure and Si-O bonds.The detection limit of this probe for Zn2+and F-is 1.43×10-8 M and 6.32×10-8 M respectively.The probe for detection of multiple ions has been realized.4)The target compound T4 was synthesized by the organic combination of carbazole derivatives,2-aminothiopheno and acetylpyridine.In the DMSO solution,the fluorescence probe has a certain selectivity to four cations of Cu2+,Ni2+,Cd2+and Zn2+.The detection limit of Zn2+is 1.43×10-9M,which has high sensitivity and can be used for trace detection of Zn2+.
