From the beginning of the 21st century world has already stepped into the information era, widely using information system output display technology is the sign.Therefore, research on new type of high performance display technology has been a hot spot in scientific research institutions and the major technology companies.Organic electroluminescent devices structure usually include transparent anode-hole injection layer-hole transport layer-light-emitting layer-electronic transport layer-injection layer-metal negative electrodes.Reasonable device structure is the key for improving the luminous intensity of the device, the luminous efficiency and device stability.In the hole transport layer,the hole transport materials (Hole transporting Material, HTM) can improve the holes transmission efficiency of the device, block the electronic effectively in the light-emitting layer, realize the biggest composite carrier, and reduce the energy barrier, improve the brightness, efficiency and life of the device. Hole-transporting materials can be divided into two types of small molecular materials and polymer materials.In addition to having the features of general hole-transporting materials, the following features also be required for the polymer hole-transporting materials:(1) having high fluorescence quantum efficiency in the visible area, (2) good film-forming performance, (3) great semiconductor properties,which can effective transport holes;(4) good stability and excellent machining performance.Polymer HTMs have high glass transition temperature (Tg), high stability, which overcomes crystal phenomenon in the organic small molecule process.At present, the main HTMs include polystyrene polymer (PPV), poly (thiophene (PTh), poly phenylene (PP) and poly (alkyl fluorene (PAF), etc. In recent years, polyamide compounds, organic silicon compound polyethylene, polyethylene polymer compounds and carbazole compounds have been much developed, the polymersobtain higher thermal stability and better electrical and mechanical properties.From the structure design, in order to obtain good performance of organic hole transport materials, small molecule organic hole transport materials with excellent performance usually have been took into the the side chains and main chains.The transmission performance of polymer hole-transporting materials have been improved.Therefore, in this article, we developed a series of polyarlysulfones hole-transporting materials, in order to obtain a better hole transmission performance, the excellent triphenylamine unit and carbazole unit have been introduced to the main chain and side chain of polymer materials, so a class of hole-transporting good performance, high thermal stability, good mechanical properties hole-transporting materials. |
