There are many mines with abundant gold resources in the eastern part of China.because of many years of mining and utilization,some of the gold resources in some mines are insufficient,and face a serious resource crisis.Through the investigation and evaluation of the resource potential of 124 gold mines in China,it is found that 117 mines have different degree of resources crisis,of which 86 mines have less than 5 years of service life,most of these crisis mines are distributed in the eastern part of China.The number of gold mines in China is large and the scale is small.The gold deposit has few reserves and low grade;The backward geological exploration,the low efficiency of resource utilization and the prospecting mechanism of enterprises have caused the emergence of crisis mines.Even so,China’s gold resources still have great potential,some areas of the geological work and mining technology is low,there are still many untapped gold resources;The shallow area of the old mine in the middle and east area,there is still the unused resources to be developed;The development of choose technology will also drive the secondary development of resources.There are several large residual ore bodies in the shallow part of coke gold mine,where the existing elevation is located at elevation-50 m to + 25 m,adjacent to the surface building structures,and adjacent to the last century(the backfilling treatment is completed),according to the conventional mining method,the construction segment roadway needs more than 30 m to extend to the north and south wing ore body,the excavation work is large,the support cost is high,the safety risk is high,and the economic benefit is not reasonable.The occurrence of the north-south wing ore body is different,the south wing ore body concentration,high grade,but near the surface near,the old project is more complex,the individual empty area is classified tailings,difficult to maintain,construction is difficult.The north wing rock is broken,the ore body is independent,the star is Chess,the mining quantity is large,it is difficult to form a high efficiency and large scale recovery.In the current new mining form,it is of great significance to study the safe and efficient recovery of the ore in the area,to effectively use the resources and prolong the service life of the mine.Since the mineral resources are non-renewable resources,how to recover the pillar and pillar in the recovery process,and find new mineral resources through some new prospecting methods in the end of the residual mining in the end of the mining,in order to prolong the service life of the mine,to ensure the sustainable development of the mine is a difficult problem for our geologists.In order to improve the recovery rate of gold in the residual middle section,various geological work is carried out in the middle section of coke gold mine,such as 3d modeling using 3d mining software of sur to study the metallogenic regularity of " home" gold deposit in the three-dimensional visualization environment to guide the prospecting work in the middle section of the residual mining.Using the comprehensive analysis of the data in the recovery process of the past residual mining,prospecting blind area and prospecting blind area for geological prospecting;Using the method of exploration and mining,in the process of production construction,the construction of of the lower plate of the ore body are Wear and the ore body is found.In this paper,according to the mining technology conditions in the residual mining section of coke gold mine,combining with the specific mine production situation and current conditions,the residual mining section of focusing mine,especially the old open pit side gang mining carried out a reasonable and orderly planning,design,layout production,geological prospecting project,increase the resource reserve,through strengthening construction management,the residual orebody in the residual middle section is planned to realize the full recovery of resources.sed on the analysis and optimization of the shallow residual orebody in coke gold mine,Laizhou,Shandong province,the ore body recovery optimization method suitable for the actual situation of coke gold mine is put forward,and the blasting vibration control measures are carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)to shallow orebody according to actual occurrence characteristics,has carried on the open pit hang for ore mining optimization research.(2)according to the situation of ore body and the existing project arrangement.Ventilation,drainage,transport,the lifting system,such as flexible design,realized the system perfect,safe and efficient effect.Ultimately determine the shallow orebody recycling scheme of optimization,through the practice has proved that has high economic and social benefits.
