Research And Application Of Intelligent Completion Tecnology In WG Well

In recent years,well completion in overseas is rapidly advancing into intelligent completion whereas it is a starting-point in China.Intelligent completion is a systematically multi-functional completion method,which allows the engineers or managers to operate and manipulate devices from far-away stations to monitor and manage hydrocarbon production.With the work of surface demodulators and computers,modifying the well production profile and managing reservoir in real time is enabled.In general,intelligent completion system is consisted of five parts,among which are down-hole information sensing system;down-hole production controlling system;down-hole data transmitting system;surface data acquisition system;analysis system and feed-back controller.In foreign countries,there are three kinds of intelligent completion systems:all-electronic smart well completion system;hydraulics controlling system on the basis of fiber optics sensing and hydraulics system equipped with permanent electronic down-hole parameter measuring apparatus.This thesis illustrates the research on technology study and current application situation of intelligent well completion both at home and abroad.To analysis the intelligent well completion’s feasibility and value in WG well with zonal production in MB oil-gas field by means of reservoir modeling software.To choose the appropriate intelligent completion system for offshore oil-gas wells which have complex down-hole condition as well as to optimize the surface detection and control system.To analysis the remote data transmitting control system of intelligent well completion for underwater tree and the hydraulics parameter of tubes in remote controlling system.Based on these information,an integrated program is proposed for designing and setting up the offshore intelligent well completion in MB oil-gas field.This paper also expands the principle and structure of down-hole controlling equipment.Meanwhile,the intelligent well completion pipe is designed specially for WG well in MB oil-gas field.
