| Intelligent completion technology is nearly a decade to develop a new technology.The technology can monitor the production dynamics of the reservoir in real time,remotely control the production of oil and gas wells,realize the re-production of the remote control oil and gas wells in the non-mediation operation conditions,reduce or eliminate the number of workover and mediation operations,increase the reservoir information To reduce the impact of serious heterogeneity of reservoir geology on production,to speed up oil and gas field production efficiency and improve final recovery.The intelligent well completion column is an important part of the intelligent well system,which involves key equipment such as packer,sensor,flow control equipment and so on.Flow control equipment(ICV and ICD)is the core of intelligent wells.The most critical problem of intelligent well completion design is the optimization of ICV and ICD,namely how to establish a scientific and rational optimization design method to analyze ICV and ICD is preferred.Aiming at this problem,this paper briefly introduces the key equipment of the intelligent well completion and finishing point by investigating a large number of documents at home and abroad,and then studies how to optimize the key design parameters of ICD and ICV.By introducing the flow models of ICD and ICV,the key parameters needed to be adjusted in the design are introduced.The cumulative content of the well is taken as the optimization objective function,the mathematical model of the design parameters of the control valve is constructed,the nonlinear point constrained optimization problem is solved by the interior point method,To determine the best design parameters for the late completion of the different ways to prepare the simulation comparison.By comparing the economic value of different completion methods,the overall cost is taken as the object of evaluation,and the traditional completion mode,ICD completion mode and ICV completion mode are optimized under the condition of economic sensitive factors.The results of the final study show that both ICD and ICV completions are superior to traditional completion in terms of profitability.Compared with ICV,ICV has lower profit than ICD,but ICD control valve can not control,but ICV has the ability of real-time regulation,the application is more flexible.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for the design of intelligent completion. |
