Research On Optional-function Shoes Design

As a single branch of traditional shoes,"Optional-function shoes" are characterized by practical applicability,personalization,technology-based,and environment-protective.The concept of "one pair of shoes with different styles" not only meets the consumer demand psychology of current consumers that products should have a diversified and personalized appearance,but also in line with the current consumption trends in green and energy regeneration ways in our society,which will become the competitive products in the footwear consumer market.Based onthe analysis of domestic and foreign market and science and technology,the author finds that "replaceable structure" can be used to realize the function selection of"optional-function shoes" andstructuralized the functional module.Through the replacement of different structural modules and the use of different materials can achieve different functions of shoes.During the design of shoes,the author divideshoes into two independent parts,soles and uppers,replacing the soles to achieve the function of the transformation andreplacing the uppers to achieve the transformation of style.Sole and upper parts of the shoes are connected naturally using a zipper,achievinga beautiful and reliable connection.The function of the optional-function shoes requires the corresponding materials.Through different material screening and functional correspondence,the author ultimately selects the most suitable materials and implementations for different functions.In the specific design of replicable soles,using flexible LED light band to achieve the function of light flashing.The use of fiber heating wire and polymer lithium batteries help to achieve the power of heating function.In thespecific design of replicable uppers,different fabrics and styles are used to achieve various sports and leisure style uppers,business casual style uppers,daily leisure style uppers,and DIY style uppers.In the design of DIY style uppers,according to the results of research feedback,components that can be randomly matched are designed to achieve personalized fabrics,materials,patterns,and colors.The paper consists of seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,the author mainlystudies a large number of relevant information and literatures,and discusses the background,status quo,and significance of this study.The authorprovides the initial ideas and design plans based on the function of shoes and thoughts afterreading the literaturesin the second chapter.The third chapter is the material selection part.The author selects various components and makes experiments topick out suitable components that can be used for the design,whichprovides necessary theoretical basis for the follow-up design.The fourth chapter is the experimental analysis,in which the specific functions of each part are tested in the experimentsand the application status of modern market is provided for theanalysis,the final application components of the subject are selected.In the fifth chapter,which is also a relatively important chapter of the paper,the author discusses the overall design and describes the specific function in the shoe design and application.The sixth chapter analyzes the limitations of the "optional-function shoes" objectively and provides feasible prospects for its future development.The author summarizesthis paper in the last chapter.
