In the process of coal gasification,as coal is mixed with various components,and the content of each component is different for each coal,its physical and chemical properties vary greatly.Most of the early coal chemical plants are fixed bed and fluidized bed.There are many researches on slagging and scaling of those devices.However,the research on a new generation technology named entrained flow bed is much lesser and not deep enough,so these devices have many problems during production.This paper starts from the origin,development course,research status and future development trend of coal chemical industry,firstly through the study and understanding of the researchers on fixed bed and fluidized bed device slagging problems,And then analyzes the actual equipment characteristics and process characteristics of the entrained flow gasifier,combined with thermodynamic and kinetic studies on the gasification reaction in the furnace,Focus on the analysis of the reason and classification of slagging.Finally,the solution to slagging in furnace is obtained:Guarantee the ash fusion point of the coal ash stability and guarantee the temperature difference between the furnace temperature and the ash fusion point stability.According to the actual production characteristics,we developed a raw coal control schem.It is found that the anthracite with high ash fusion point is blended with bituminous coal with low ash fusion point and adding a certain amount of limestone,which can make the properties of the pulverized coal stable and match the schem.This makes solving problem become a reality,The number of the slag block times in SCGP unit is greatly reduced by blending coal blending technology.Besides in this paper,pipe wall fouling problems have been studied,it is found that Na,K and Cl,alkali metal elements in the pulverized coal combustion process priority evaporate and condensation in the wall and gather into a group eventually leading to the heat exchanger wall fouling,corrosion and wear phenomenon.After solving the major problems such as the slagging and the fouling of the tube wall of the cooler,the load and the operation cycle of the gasification unit have been greatly improved,and get good economic benefits.
